Buddhist Centre Programme for Autumn 2020
The proposed next programme of evening meditation, discourse and discussion and weekend Buddhism courses.
The evening programmes follow the current programme content and weekend events listed here are to provide advance notice. Although the dates are provisional, it is not expected that they will change.
7 September – 14 December, 7.30 – 9.00pm
Drop-in meditation classes. Simple guided meditations to develop a peaceful mind and a happy heart. Suitable for all. Please ensure that you arrive by 7:20 as we start promptly.
Silent Sitting Meditation
9 September – 16 December, 7.30 – 8.15pm
A silent, unguided sitting meditation of about 45 minutes. Suitable for those with prior experience. These sessions may not always go ahead, so please check with email@example.com to avoid disappointment. Please ensure that you arrive by 7:20 as we start promptly.
The topic for our Buddhism introductory evenings is yet to be decided.
10 September – 17 December, 7.30 – 9.00pm
